I cannot help you on Tutorials sorry =( but I am just gonna throw Shock120's url=out there, he was the probably the most successful campaign modder but he left H2V some time ago. As far as Gravemind and the Map Editor goes, url=had a great custom map team lead by the great Kills Alone (the player who made that Sandtrap map where you took those screenshots). He is the best H2V map Maker alongside Slaters Fury.
